Located on the first floor of a recently renovated village house of about 100 m2.
With direct access to the terrace to be able to have lunch or dinner outside with a view of the fields.
The house is distributed in a very large room with a double bed, views of the terrace and wardrobes, very practical. The suite-type bathroom is very spacious and has a window overlooking Diana’s fields.
Another room with beautiful old green stoneware floors that we wanted to keep and the last room but the most special with high ceilings with the original Catalan adobe floor and high ceiling with the original wooden beams. You will love it!
The house has a wood-burning fireplace in the kitchen

In winter there is gas heating and a wood burning fireplace in the kitchen.

RELAX ROOM
It is a room designed for relaxation and moments of calm and reading. With ancient Catalan adobe floors, it is a large space where you can practice yoga or meditation.
And you’ll find two puffs, books, a yoga mat, two cork blocks, introductory yoga books, and an old desk.

SHARED POOL
There is access to the shared swimming pool which is a few meters from the house.
In the pool area you will find deckchairs, umbrellas, poufs, chairs and tables, shaded area in the new chill out area, with fan and fridge to keep cool drinks.

The Veïnat de Diana belongs to Sant Jordi Desvalls, a small town but very well located a few kilometers from Girona and the best beaches on the Costa Brava.
