Cal Ouaire
Cal Ouaire was an old building dedicated to agriculture. It was restored with the premise of creating a rustic yet minimalist house, warm and comfortable, with natural materials and lots of light. Located in the beautiful neighborhood of Diana.
THE HOUSE
In its 80 m² and located on the second floor of a Catalan farmhouse, we find a large fully equipped kitchen, next to the living room with fireplace. A large bathroom with large shower, a double room with a 180cm double bed and another room with 2 90cm beds. Access to a shared pool next to the house and with a relaxing area in the shade with sofas. HOUSE NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 14 YEARS OF AGE. Minimum stay: 2 nights Maintenance cleaning: €15 per week. applied to stays longer than 7 days. Check-in: from 15:00 hrs Check-out: max 11:00 hrs Late checkout: up to 17:00 hrs – on request and subject to availability Firewood not included. (You can buy it at the village store or gas station or ask for it when making the reservation €15)
